How long does delivery take?

1-3 days after your order it will be made ready for dispatch and sent on its journey by post / DHL. This usually doesn't take longer than 1-2 days.

Why am I not receiving a download link for the product I ordered?

The system will automatically send the email with the download link to you after successful payment. It can sometimes take a while for your payment to be processed. We therefore ask you to be patient. Also check your spam inbox to see if the email ended up there.

How can I exchange or return my goods?

To do this, send us an email to: spacehippie@outlook.de

We will then send you a return label and you can send the goods back. As soon as we receive it, you will receive your money back. Of course we take care of the shipping.
